IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR!

NARAMATA WINTER MARKETS ANNOUNCED

Imagine a European-style Community Market Bursting with

Holiday Spirit in the Heart of Naramata

Naramata, B.C. - It’s getting to be that slow and cozy time of year. The Naramata Slow Community Group thrilled to announce two festive Christmas markets - a celebration of slow, lighting up the darkest days of the calendar.

Mark your calendars for Friday, November 26th and December 3rd, from 5-8 pm. Located in the heart of Naramata Village on the Lower part of Robinson Road by 2nd Street.

Imagine a European-style community winter market in the heart of Naramata.

Add Naramata personality, jolly community spirit and a locale with all the traditional Christmas market activities and vendors that will make shoppers proud to support local, and gift a little (or a lot) of #NaramataLove.

The Naramata Christmas Market will boast a fire pit for market-goers to gather around to roast marshmallows, sip hot chocolate and perhaps sing along a Christmas tune or two with local musicians. Snack on delicious locally made treats while perusing the offerings from Naramata's amazing farmers, artisans and crafters. There's sure to be a treasure for even the toughest on the list. Santa will be thankful for the help stuffing stockings with the most thoughtful, practical, flavorful and beautiful creations. The Legendary Naramata Tarot Oracle, Doug Mathias, will be on hand for both markets (especially handy for finding out if you should buy your most desired Christmas wish).

Keeping spirits bright, there will be wine, beer, cider and spirit tastings from the Naramata Bench wineries, breweries and distilleries. The Naramata Church will be hosting a kids crafting centre and the OAP Club is getting European. The Club will be selling gourmet hot dogs, Naramata Store is dishing up chilli, Chabendo Gelato is scooping their artisan gelato, and Othello Bench will be serving European style waffles to complement all the warm liquids.

Downtown businesses and the Museum will open and be brimming with holiday spirit;

Spread the word - come out and support this hyper-local holiday goodness and keep the Naramata community strong.
